FOOD AND BEER PDF MENU

We opened in Tualatin in 2016 and it's our production brewery and restaurant. The brew pub is located next to the Tualatin wetlands with a taproom with a large hardwood bar and plenty of screens to watch sports. From the taproom you can see the brewery, you're welcome to ask for a tour if a manager is available to give one. You can also sit outside and enjoy a view of the wetlands on a heated patio.

BLACKENED SALMON SALAD

Spring mix greens with tomato, red onion, julienned tri-colored carrots and croutons.

KONA BURGER

Northwest-raised 6oz all beef patty, topped with swiss cheese, pineapple, sliced ham and Teriyaki sauce.

BBQ BACON BURGER

Northwest-raised 6oz all beef patty, topped with bacon, crispy onions, pepper jack and our Ancestry BBQ sauce.

WHICH CAME FIRST SANDO

Hand-breaded fried chicken breast tossed in Brown Sugar Buffalo topped with cheddar, fried egg, lettuce, onion, and blue cheese dressing.

ANCESTRY WINGS

Tossed in BBQ, Buffalo Brown Sugar, Spicy Three Chili**** or Cajun Dry Rub. Served with Celery and Ranch!

FISH AND CHIPS

Tender pieces of cod lightly dipped in Ancestry beer batter and served with house-made tartar sauce.

MAHI MAHI SANDWICH

Ancestry beer battered Mahi Mahi topped with lettuce, tomato, pickle and onion with tartar sauce.

CORDON BLEU SANDWICH

Hand-breaded fried chicken breast topped with swiss, ham, lettuce, onion, tomato and pickle with honey mustard.

USS CANBERRA BURGER

Northwest-raised 6oz all beef patty, served with smoked gouda, bacon, grilled mushrooms and House-made Burger Sauce.

REUBEN SANDWICH

With old-country sliced pastrami, sauerkraut and swiss on marble rye with Stone-ground Mustard Aioli.

PHILLY CHEESE STEAK

Steak sautéed in grilled onions, red peppers, melted pepperjack cheese and Three Chili Aoli on a toasted hoagie roll.

SPICY BACON BURGER

Blackened cajun Northwest-raised 6oz all beef patty with bacon, jalapenos, pepper jack and Three Chili Aioli.
